Use of the service

You may use AuditDup only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining account credential security.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the AuditDup service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, scan, or bypass platform security controls.
• Reverse engineer or misuse service functionality.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these terms, and revised terms will apply as of the posted effective date.

Disclaimer and limitation

AuditDup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
